IMPORTANT NOTICE — USED INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT

All items sold through this website are used industrial equipment. Goods are sold reflecting their age and prior operational use. Product descriptions and condition reports are provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge.

Please note: Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal may be excluded for goods that have been custom-configured, sealed, or manufactured to specification. Where this exclusion applies, it will be clearly stated on the individual product listing before you complete your purchase.

YOUR 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, if you are a consumer purchasing as a private individual (not as a registered business entity), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days of the date on which you, or a third party designated by you, take physical possession of the goods — without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You may submit an unambiguous written statement by email or post to the contact details listed at the bottom of this policy. Upon receipt of your withdrawal notice, we will acknowledge it in writing within 14 days.

Reimbursement will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods, or until you have supplied documented evidence of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

RETURNING THE GOODS

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal decision.

- Goods must be returned in the same condition as received, with all components, accessories, and documentation included.
- You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
- For heavy or oversized industrial equipment, return logistics must be agreed in advance. Please contact us before arranging any shipment.

EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following circumstances:

- Goods that have been modified, altered, or physically integrated into another system or installation after delivery.
- Goods explicitly listed at the time of sale as excluded from return due to custom configuration or specification.
- Contracts concluded at public auction.
- Business-to-business (B2B) transactions where the buyer is a registered legal entity purchasing for commercial or professional purposes.

DEFECTS AND NON-CONFORMITY

If goods are delivered in a condition that materially differs from the description provided at the time of sale, you may be entitled to a remedy under EU consumer protection law. Claims of this nature must be submitted in writing within 30 days of delivery, with supporting photographic or documentary evidence. We will assess each claim individually and respond within 14 days of receipt.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable EU and national consumer protection legislation.
